How you can make your own Hot Foiling or Letterpress Plates easily and quickly.

We can offer you Foil backed or Metal backed Photopolymer Plates. There are different types and thickness available.   The plates are processed and washed in water.  Applications are: Hot Foiling, Letterpress Printing, Pad Printing, Moulding, Embossing, Engraving Masters, Signs and more.

PROCESSES FOR PLATE-MAKING:

• Make NEGATIVE FILM.
• EXPOSURE time: 3 - 6 minutes.
• WASHOUT time:  3 - 4 minutes in hot/warm tap water.
• Removal of Water: use a sponge roller to remove excess water.
• DRYING time: 10 - 20 minutes.
• POST-EXPOSURE: 5 - 10 minutes.
• It's now ready for use.
