Plate size: 66 x 86 cm System functions: back, main and post-exposure with UVC, washout, drying Power supply: 380V- 3 phases + neutral – 4.5 KW (upon request: 220V – 3 phases) – (20 Amp)
Pipe fittings: cock with ball valve of 3/8 and 1
Features: - Exposure: The drawer is provided with 13 lamps for the main exposure type TL 60W 10R (120mm), 7 lamps for the
post-exposure type TL 60W 10R and 6 lamps for the UVC exposure type TUV 36W. The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the lamps life to help determine when it's time to replace them. The vacuum system
and the vacuum sheet perfectly hold the negative to the plate. The lamps and the vacuum surface are cooled by forced air circulation inside the drawer. - Washout: the stainless steel tank has a capacity of 100
lt. approx. and it is provided with solvent level indicator. The nylon brushes are assembled on springs to have an even pressure on plates of various thickness. The plate holder, movable forward, is provided with a
clamp to hold the plate. It rotates alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate and it stops if the lid is opened. If new solvents are used, a coil on the bottom of the tank can heat them;
the computer controls the temperature of the water running inside the coil. - Programming: the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the use to set up to nine customized programs to control time and
temperature of each function: back exposure, main exposure, post-exposure and UVC, washout and drying. - Green/red warning LEDs constantly informing about the status of the machine – acoustic alarm in case of
errors and/or misfunctions. - Dryer: the two drawers are provided with three 500W heaters, forced air circulation and safety switch. - An exhausting system extracts the solvent fumes from the washout, the
exposure and the dryer.
AZ SOLV 5 Available upon request, only for the FLEXO 66-86, this system allows to: - automatically charge and discharge the solvent
- circulate the solvent inside the machine and through a filter - keep the minimum level of the solvent - replace a programmed quantity of used solvent with new solvent
