- Programming:
the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the use to set up to nine customized programs to control the following functions: charge/discharge of the solvent in the tank, solvent temperature, water heating, washout time and replacement of a programmed quantity of used solvent with new solvent.
- Solvent is charged by mean of a pump with level sensor.
- Washout:
the stainless steel tank has a capacity of 200 lt. approx. and it is provided with solvent level indicator. The nylon brushes are assembled on an adjustable support to suit plates of various thickness. The plate holder, movable forward, is provided with a clamp to hold the plate. It rotates alternatively in two directions to ensure an even washout of the plate and it stops if the lid is opened. If new solvents are used, a coil on the bottom of the tank can heat them; the computer controls the temperature of the water running inside the coil.
- An exhausting system extracts the solvent fumes.
