Features:
- Exposure: The unit is provided with 21 lamps for the main exposure type TL 80W 10R
(150mm), 26 lamps for the post-exposure type TL 60W 10R. The microprocessor system keeps an internal memory of the lamps life to help determine when it's time to replace them. The vacuum system and the vacuum sheet
perfectly hold the negative to the plate. The temperature of the lamps is controlled by forced air circulation inside the drawer. If the lid is opened the exposure is stopped until the lid is closed again.
- Post-exposure: the drawer is provided with 26 lamps for the post-exposure type TL 60W 10R and 25 lamps for the UVC exposure type TUV 36W.
- Dryer: an even temperature in the four drawers is provided by 8 500W heaters with a safety switch.
- An exhausting system
extracts the solvent fumes from the exposure and the dryer.
- Programming: the microprocessor controlled keyboard allows the use to set up to nine
customized programs to control the time of each function: back exposure, main exposure, post-exposure and UVC, and the temperature of the dryer. Furthermore, the display shows the value of the vacuum (in Bar) and
the drying time for each drawer.
- Green/red warning LEDs
constantly informing about the status of the machine – acoustic alarm in case of errors and/or misfunctions.
