How to make your own Embossing Counter-forces in a fraction of time and cost using Polydiam Embossing Resin!
This simple process takes around 15 minutes and only a few pence per square inch!!
1. Place Cover Film on base glass
4. Pour embossing resin onto engraved plate
7. Switch ON Vacuum and set Exposure Time ON
10. Remove the formed counter-force
2. Spray masterengraved plate with release spray
5. Place Backing Sheet on top of resin
8. After exposure, remove Engraving & Counterforce
11. Cut excess from counter-force
3. Place engraved plate (or duplicate) on base glass
6. Place Cover Film on top and then close lid
9. Place Engraving and counterforce on a cooling plate
12. Now the counter-force is ready for use
