The Polydiam PLX multi functional platemaker, has been designed for the exposure and processing of Liquid Photopolymer, ImagePac (resin in a sachet), and Sheet Photopolymer. These materials are used for the manufacture of Rubber Stamps, Flexo Printing plates, Letterpress Printing plates, Pad Printing plates, Hot Foiling printing plates, Moulding plates and more. The PLX-A4 is a combination machine incorporating dual exposure, post exposure and washing system using the latest in electronics and software programming. The control panel has been designed with simplicity in mind, with no complicated sub menus or lots of different components. Every function has its own designated push button so even new users can make plates on the machine without difficulty. The PLX-A4 is totally manufactured in high grade polished and brushed Stainless Steel (Inox). PLX-A4 has been designed with this principle that, it should provide all the possible benefits that technology can provide, in a user friendly format, with safety as a priority.
