The New POLYDIAM Seal Moulder

MOULD RUBBER STAMPS AND PLASTIC EMBOSSING SEAL

Manufactured by Polydiam Industries, a new Mini-Injection Moulder that can mould Rubber Stamps, Plastic Embossing Seals, Badges, Key Fobs,  small plastic parts, and other promotional items.

This unique Polydiam Plastic Moulder is very simple to use and can produce a wide range of plastic products. The main cost savings will be in the tooling costs. This is achieved by using the low cost Polydiam photopolymer plates as your master moulding plate. Then moulding the plastic item from it. No mess and no waiting.  Various sizes of standard moulding chases and custom chases available.

Rubber Stamps are moulded using rubber graduals while the plastic moulding can be from a wide range of plastic granules of different finishes and colours.

For Embossing Seals - from Sheet Polymer -
NO ENGRAVING!

Mould a die from the master and mould a counter from the die.  One is a mirror image of the other.Engraving a Stock Seal You can use a metal stock seal master, and can engrave to personalise. Then mould the counter using the mini-moulder.

The Process:

1. You need to make a Negative of your Artwork or Design. This can be made on any Polydiam Platemaker or a Process Camera.

2. A Moulding Photopolymer Plate is made of the image or design required.

The thickness of the image will depend on the depth of the image on the photopolymer plate.

3. Stick the Moulding Polymer plate onto a Plate holder.

4. Place Plate Holder with Moulding chase into the Injection Machine, and clamp it.

5. Fill hopper with plastic granules into heated chamber. Then press start button to inject into chase to mould.

6. Unclamp, and remove chase and moulded plastic item.

7. Then mould mirror image if required.

Once both male and female dies are made, place double side tape on the back of the dies and cut off excess.

Next you align and stick the dies in the clip set of the embossing plier or press.

Now test on paper to see that the dies have been correctly aligned and you get an excellent embossed image
