Polydiam are proud to present the new HF-85 Table Top Foil Blocking machine. This great little foiling machine will print on all paper and board substrates and even comes complete with a pen and bookmatch holder as standard.
It has been designed for use with traditional metal blocks or photopolymer printing plates. Mounting systems for both are supplied within the price of the standard machine.
Unlike other table top machines the HF-85 incorporates a tough 600 watt heater unit which is controlled by a digital state of the art controller enabling a constant temperature to be held. It is accurate to plus or minus 2 degrees centigrade.
Hot Foiling has always been a very popular home business. The HF-85 only needs a table top and a standard power point.
There is No Mess, No Noise, No Smell, No Drying time or Ink mixing in the process.
The machine is supplied with the unique “Clipper Block” system and one mounting block for holding photopolymer plates. Mounting blocks are available in the following sizes are 42 x 48mm, 42 x 100mm, 42 x 160mm, 100 x 100mm and 100 x 160mm.
