The Polydiam Flash System is a top quality revolutionary new way of Instant Pre-Inked Stamp production. The System is cost effective as it is less time consuming and it produces:

         ·  No Waste.
       ·  No Chemicals
       ·  No Negatives

All that’s required is a Polydiam Flash Unit, a computer with DTP sofware and laser printer, to produce top quality 600/1200 dpi impression stamps.   The Flash System works with Positive Laser output. The completed stamp will produce up to 15,000 impressions before reinking.

The Simple Process:
1. Print a Positive Film using your computer.
2. Place Positive Film on glass. Then put the flash foam on top. Lock the clamping arrangment.
3. Press the Flash Switch and the stamp is done.
4. Fill the ink reservoir with the correct quantity of ink or use our special ink cartridge which requires special mounts.
You can use a stamp pad for proof reading until the ink penetrates the die which takes a few hours unless you use a vacuum chamber..
